This program offers transportation to medical appointments for seniors and/or low-income residents of West Lincoln, ensuring that transportation barriers do not limit access to care. Applications must be submitted at least one week in advance to confirm availability.

Seniors are defined as individuals aged 65 and older. Individuals who use a wheelchair are welcome; however, at this time, our vehicle is not equipped with a ramp, so riders must be able to load and unload independently.

Our volunteer drivers primarily serve the Niagara Region and Hamilton. Travel outside of these areas may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on driver availability. Service animals are permitted, and companions are welcome to accompany riders.
